We want you to be delighted with your portrait, which is why we send you a watermarked copy of the drafted image before printing and despatch - if you're happy to accept it, no problem.  If you're not, we'd love another chance to get it right, otherwise you'll receive a no-quibble refund.  We can't offer refunds after you have accepted the portrait and it has been despatched.  

We aim to get your drafted image for approval to your email inbox within 24-48 hours.  Once you have accepted the portrait, we will order the print and get it to you in 7-10 days.

Absolutely - there is a box to do that on the order form, though it is totally optional.  Text will be in a cursive-style font appropriate to the image.

We will crop the image if it is not in the required dimension, using best judgement for foreground placement.  We will also need to crop heavily if the orientation is not correct (i.e., if you select landscape but send us a portrait-scaled image).  Don't worry, you will get the chance to approve it.
